Any and all content contained in the Manifesto, including but not limited to opinions, prospective information, estimates, reports, roadmaps, and expected or anticipated results, developments, conditions, or performances of Game7 and its products, services and affiliates, is subject to revision, expansion, update, independent verification, audit and amendment. Utilizing the tokens, products and/or services available in or provided by the G7 Network and ecosystem requires familiarization with the content of the documents provided by Game7, including but not limited to, the Manifesto, the Terms of Service, the Airdrop Terms, and any corresponding documents thereto. If you decide to purchase any tokens referenced in the Manifesto, you confirm that you have read and understand the contents of the above documentation, including information concerning the distribution process and mechanisms of any such tokens, and the operation, use or usability of Game7 products and services that utilize blockchain technology. Certain product, token, and network features and designs described in the above documentation may be unconfirmed and/or subject to change.

By acquiring G7 token or using any products or services within the G7 Network, you acknowledge, agree and understand that you do not form a partnership or joint venture with Game7, you do not enter into a legal relationship with Game7, and you do not in any way join the company of Game7 or acquire any corporate rights in the company of Game7.

You fully understand and agree that there is a high risk associated with operating in financial markets or markets related to digital assets and cryptocurrencies, in particular in terms of rapid price volatility in these markets, which may result in the loss of capital. Any relevant blockchain system, protocol or digital asset may become no longer commercially viable or operable due to changes in political, societal, economic, or stock or digital asset market conditions, or where the market value of, or the demand for, digital assets or the relevant blockchain systems decrease or become obsolete.

References to: (i) the “Network” refers to the collection of smart contracts known as the G7 Network, (ii) the “Token” or “G7” refers to the Game7 token used on the G7 Network, and (iii) “Application” refers to any ‘front-end’ or web interface that Game7 may host, including https://game7.io and any of its subdomains.
